Shipping & Delivery
When you create an account, you receive a US mailbox address at our Florida warehouse. Ship your online purchases to that address. We receive, log, and forward your packages to Jamaica via air or sea freight. You can track your packages every step of the way from your dashboard.
Air freight typically takes 5–7 business days from when your package arrives at our Florida warehouse. Sea freight takes 2–4 weeks and is ideal for larger or heavier items where speed is less critical. We ship air freight weekly from Miami.
Yes. We deliver to all 14 parishes across Jamaica. You can choose to pick up at our Kingston office or opt for delivery to your door. Delivery availability and timing may vary by parish.
Yes. You can add authorized pickup users to your account from your dashboard. They'll need to provide valid ID when collecting. You can add or remove authorized persons at any time.
Pricing & Payments
We use simple, weight-based pricing. Air freight starts at $5.00 for packages under half a pound, scaling up based on weight. For full details, visit our pricing page. You can also use our shipping calculator for instant estimates.
No. Our pricing is transparent — what you see on the rate table is what you pay. Customs duties and GCT are government charges that may apply depending on your items, but we'll let you know upfront when applicable.
You can view and pay invoices directly from your account dashboard. We accept various payment methods. Payment details and history are available in your account at any time.
Tracking & Support
Log in to your Marriott Couriers dashboard to see all your packages and their current status in real time. Each package has a detailed timeline showing every step — from arrival at our warehouse, to shipping, customs clearance, and delivery. You'll also receive email and notification updates at key stages.
We handle customs declarations and ASYCUDA paperwork on your behalf. Your packages arrive cleared and ready for pickup or delivery. If customs duties apply, we'll notify you through your dashboard.
All packages are handled with care and include insurance coverage. If something goes wrong, contact our support team at marriottcouriers@gmail.com or call (876) 997-7845. We'll investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
